South Woods Banquet Room Policies

Ask for the chef or hostess.

There is NO CHARGE for the hall when ordering dinner or appetizers.

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold the hall and is Non-Refundable unless the hall can be rebooked. A gift certificate is issued upon deposit receipt, which may be used toward the banquet hall.

Banquet prices are subject to 17% Gratuity.
Food PLUS Gratuity total is subject to 5.85% State Sales Tax.
Please be accurate in your guest count - you will be charged for all no shows.
Cake service provided at an additional charge.

Bartenders are included in hall rental.
Open Bar is subject to 17% Gratuity.
All beverages must be purchased from South Woods Restaurant.
No carry-in beverages allowed.

Rules for Hall Rental:
1. Absolutely no carry-ins of any kind can be brought in. This includes alcohol, soda, champagne, etc. Champagne must be requested in advance.

2. Decorating is allowed

Cake Service Provided when you supply cake.
30 or less people = $15.00
31 or more people = $25.00
